Located in Hudson Florida and available for rent from January thru March 2013, 3 month rental is preferable. Prefer 3 month rental to enable Community Services.

Our newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, home is fully furnished and self contained; there is a washer and dryer for your convenience which is located in the double tiled garage which is attached to the front of the home. New carpet and windows were just installed this Spring.

Our home has a beautiful screened in Florida Room which is the length of the back of the home and gives you total privacy; the property is landscaped and the trees are mature, nothing is behind the property but a ravine.

Retires will enjoy the Beacon Woods Community. When you rent our home for 3 months, you are entitled to take adantage of the Commuity services which includes the swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational activities such as Game/Card nights and Dances; however, this privilege only comes with a 3 month rental cotract as per Comminity restrictions. AGAIN, this is only extended with a 3 month Rental Contract.

Although the Community Center is private, there is always something going on in the Community as well, like garage sales..and there are many car museums and local points of interests in which to visit.
