This completely furnished, three bedroom vacation home has two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, range and oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you will need to prepare home cooked meals or snacks), along with all cleaning agents, We live next door to the vacation house and maintain it to a high standard. Bottled water and cooler are available (at a additional charge) spacious living room and dining area, and a den (which can be used as a fourth bedroom) with a private entrance . This home is bright and cheerful with tile floors throughout, cathedral ceilings, and tropical furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds ( bed linens and towels included). The Village of Palmetto Bay Fl. 33157 is an upscale, secure, well policed village located in South Miami. You can access the village's web site on your PC using the above information. It is located within minutes of a variety of shopping and dinning in all price ranges with some of the finest restaurants in South Florida. Palmetto Bay borders Pinecrest and Coral Gables to the north and the Village of Cutler Ridge to the south. To the east is the Atlantic ocean and west is US Highway #1.
