We specialize in offering large, up-to-date, well maintained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in a boutique first class ocean resort on the white sandy beaches of Miami Beach. Located at 5225 Collins Avenue on Millionaires Row, the Alexander Apartment Hotel is 1-2 miles from the center of South Beach. The Alexander offers the conveniences and amenities of a hotel resort with the benefits of a spacious apartment. Comparable accommodations in a regular hotel would equate to renting the Presidential Suite! Each one or two bedroom apartments have one or two full bathrooms, respectively, a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, cookware and serving utensils, dining area and living room. Smaller 960 square feet units have 10 foot balconies and larger 1200 square foot apartments have 20 foot balconies. We also have a double unit with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2, 20 foot balconies. Many of our units have ocean, beach and intercostal waterway views with southern exposure while others have ocean views and northern exposure. We also have signature suites directly on ocean front with 300 square foot balconies for entertaining or private sunbathing, overlooking the beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Rental includes use of all resort facilities, health club, and two hot tub whirlpools, 2 heated pools with chaise lounges, umbrellas and towels with direct access to sandy private beach. At this property there is no walk or drive to the beach. This property is on the beach! Drinks, snacks, grill and bar at poolside, lounge and restaurant for breakfast and fine dining, gift shop, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge and optional valet parking are all part of the resort experience at the Alexander. Wi-Fi in most apartments included and business center services are all available.
