Champions Gate is a great area, home to the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Within a 2 minute drive you can reach supermarkets,pharmacys, petrol station, resturants and local trades. Walmart is under 10 minutes at Cagans Crossing. The I-4 can be joined within 2 minutes, giving you access to all the amazing sights that Florida has to offer. The whole area is well maintained and tree lined.
