The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs overlooking woodland. The comfortable sofa converts into a third double bed. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with matching wood nightstand and dresser and closet with mirrored doors providing ample storage space. There is also an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate screened shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. Each room has closets with mirrored doors for storage and utilise the second bathroom which has tub with shower over.

Delightful three bedroom two bathroom Ground floor condo in a secluded gated community ideally situated in Kissimmee off US 192 and only a short distance away from the theme parks. Sleeping up to 8 people this property makes an excellent base from which to explore all that is fun in Orlando. This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, linens, crockery and cutlery to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Club Cortile benefits from it’s own heated swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness room and theatre. It has a dedicated wi-fi room in addition to the wi-fi area around the pool itself
The luxurious heated resort pool with it’s generous sun deck and seats/sun beds is situated at the rear of the clubhouse with the children’s play area on one side and tennis court on the other. Inside the clubhouse is the fitness room, wi-fi room and mini theatre which shows a range of films for children.
We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. Should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply: More than eight weeks before arrival date Deposit forfeited Between four & eight weeks before arrival date 50% of total cost forfeited Less than 28 days before arrival date 100% of total cost forfeited **WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250 - $500 (whichever is determined) will be requested along with your balance, as per your Guest License Agreement. This will be returned within 28 days of vacating the property providing no issues have been reported. Any damage, breakage or items removed from the villa must be paid for and should it exceed the amount of the security deposit we will endeavor to recover the balance of the costs from you.
