 Specific information about property

This 3 bed/2bath villa has master bedroom with queen sized bed, en-suite shower and large walk in dressing closet. There are plenty of drawer space and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers. The third room has twin beds a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers. There is a sofa bed in the family room so the villa can accomodate up to 8 people. Cots can be provided if required.
Fishing in the lake behind the villa is pemitted.
The family room has a TV/VCR/DVD There is a second lounge for when you want to give the TV a miss.
The dining table seats 6 and there is a second table, which seats 4 people in the kitchen. The kitchen is well provided with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils It has a dishwasher, microwave, full sized oven & fridge/freezer The washer & dryer are in a cupboard in the kitchen.
The bedroom, family room, dining room and living room floors are carpetted and the rest of the villa is tiled. There is air conditioning.

 Additional information about surrounding area and attractions:

Lakeside Estates is a quiet neighbourhood with a mixture of rental homes and permanent residents. There are 2 golf courses and ball games nearby also restaurants, supermarkets & shopping malls. There is easy road access to Kenedy Space Centre & East Coast beaches, Busch Gardens and the Gulf resorts, and the Florida Turnpike. There is a new toll road, Osceola Parkway. that takes you to all the attractions, such as all the Disney parks including their water parks, Sea World, Universal. You can also use Osceola Parkway to get to the I4 and several Malls. The Loop is only 15 minutes away and has a Movie theatre, shops and restaurants. Near to the villa are tennis courts and children's playground.

 Additional information about amenities:

Bath towels, hair dryer and bed linen are all provided. Please use your own beach towels for days out. Pool lounge chairs and umberella are provided. Washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Between $650 and $750 per week (£325 and £375).
A charge of $20 per day for pooling heating if required.
Tax & cleaning fee included unless booking is for less than 7 nights then cleaning fee is charged
Security bond of $150 or £100 is required which will be returned providing no damage is reported by our management company
Cancellation refund of deposit if we are able to re-rent

Deposit to secure a booking is $150 or £100/week and balance payable 10 weeks before start of holiday.
