Beautiful lakeside villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms situated in gated community in Crescent Lakes. Only 20 minutes from theme parks. 30ft pool and jacuzzi.
The villa has two master bedrooms (ensuite) and two twin bedrooms which share another bathroom. The pool is large (30ft long) and there is also a jacuzzi/spa for you to relax in while you look at the splendid view of the lake. We also have a crib, high chair and pushchair for your convenience. The villa is fully air conditioned and some of the rooms have ceiling fans. The lounge has TV, DVD and stereo and three of the bedrooms have TVs. The games room with has a pool table, dart board and a 12 in 1 game which includes air hockey, fruzeball, chess and mini ten pin bowling.

Weekly rate: £495/$740 (low season) to £595/$895 (high season) inclusive of all state taxes. Pool/spa heating is £95/$140 per week. A refundable security deposit of £200.00/$300.00 is payable and this will be returned 21 days after vacating the villa.
A deposit of £150/$250 per week is required with the remaining balance due eight weeks before your vacation.
