 Lodging tax: 12%

 Cleaning fee: $100

 Minimum stay: 4 Day(s)

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Weekly rates vary from $500 in the fall months to $800 in the winter, spring and summer seasons.
Cancellation as required by the Holiday Villas II management agreement.

 Deposits:

Reservations are confirmed upon reciept of a 25% of the total reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
