Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Nov 01, 2011 - Dec 31, 2011 weekly rate $700 - monthly rate $2500
Jan 01, 2012 - April 30, 2012 weekly rate $750 - monthly rate $2700
May 01, 2012 - August 31, 2012 weekly rate $500 - monthly rate $1800
Sept 01, 2012 - Oct 31, 2012 weekly rate $600 - monthly rate $2200
Deposit to hold dates $500 - deposited is refundable after vacation property, and non refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival. There is a $125 cleaning fee for when you vacate property. All rentals less than 6 months will be charged a hotel tax of 12% (or what ever the rate is). All prices are subject to change.
Deposits:
There is a $500 deposit due at time of booking. All other monies are due 2 weeks before arrival. Deposit is non refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days before scheduled arrival.
