Honny-Rose Villa is located at the exclusive gated community of Ridgewood Lakes Golf & Country Club and just 15 minutes from Disney and within easy reach of all the other major Orlando attractions. The Gulf Coast is just an hour away.

Our Florida home is very private and not overlooked. From the screened Pool deck enjoy the spectacular views over Lake and Conservation. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables provided by the pool. Within the Lanai, there is an outdoor dining table and chairs. A gas BBQ is also available.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned with a large open plan family room with 2 sofas and a reclining chair, Flat screen TV and Home Theatre System. There is a separate Dining area with Breakfast Bar. There are patio doors leading to the pool through the Lanai.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Ice maker, Kettle, Coffee maker and Blender. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery along with ample mugs, glasses and beakers.

The Master has King size bed and en-suite with walk in shower, hot tub, twin basins, and WC. There is a large walk in wardrobe and patio doors lead out to the Lanai and pool area.

There is a second master with Queen size bed and there is two themed twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes built in. Hair Driers are provided.

All linens, except pool towels, are provided and there is a washing machine and Drier along with ironing facility in the utility room which is adjacent to the double garage.

Broadband connection is available in the family room.

The family bathroom has Shower, hot tub, twin basins and WC.

Pool heating is not included.
