Port Canaveral is home to several cruise ships and restaurants and is a short drive. So is the Kennedy Space Center, an enjoyable tour of America's space program. In addition the area is splendid with hiking trails, libraries, community theater, community pool and country club, golf courses and sporting venues. Use the condo as home base if traveling around Florida is in your plans. Half way between Jacksonville and Miami with Tampa an easy two hours away, day trips are doable from Cocoa Beach.
