For that special vacation look no further than our beautifully cared for 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa. It has free high speed internet connection and free use of baby equipment. A Games Room has now been installed. It is situated on the prestigious Orange Tree community which is surrounded by orange groves and conservation area but is only 15 minutes to Disney. Orange Tree has its own children’s play areas, tennis and basketball courts and a soccer (football) pitch. Orange Tree is located on Highway 27 and is only minutes to the Lake Louise State Park and the lakes of Lake County.

It is situated 8 miles from Clemont to the north and 2.5 miles to the south is the US192 which provides easy access to all the major theme parks. Within a 15 minute drive there are many championship golf courses and also to the south is the Interstate 4 which provide access to the Atlantic and Gulf coast. There are many restaurants, supermarkets within minutes from the villa and shopping malls (for the golf widows).
Our 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa has a south west facing pool and spa with a large covered lanai which has a ceiling fan and a safety fence to keep the little ones safe. There is a table and chairs plus loungers for the sun worshippers and a gas BBQ. The villa has 3 master bedrooms, 2 with direct access to the pool and 2 twin bedded rooms, all bedrooms have TVs. The villa is fully air conditioned and we supply all towels and linen. It has a large lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen.A Games Room with a pool table, foosball and Dart board has now been installed.
