This lovingly restored 1928 beach home and its accompanying cottages can provide lodging for 4-24 people. Combined with the retreat house next door we can accommodate 50 people. The house is open year round with weekly rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Shorter rentals are offered in the off-season. In addition to the house, we have two cottages available that can sleep 4 each. These cottages can be rented separately or in conjunction with the house rental. All guests share the backyard. A gas grill and outside shower are also available. Calendar show availability in the Main House only. Contact owner for availability in the cottages.

The Maryland House is just 1-1/2 blocks from the ocean and the Boardwalk. Restaurants and shops are an easy 2 block walk.
Fully equipped kitchen in the house. Breakfast room with seating for 6. Large DR can seat 10-12. Large living room with cable and DVD. W/D, CAC. One BR and bath on the first floor. Enclosed porch. Each cottage has a queen bed in the BR and a futon in the combo LR/BR. Both cottages have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, stove/oven and coffee maker. TV, cable and DVD. Wireless access is available on-site.
In season weekly rates for the house are $2900-4600. Off season nightly rates start at $525 with linen packages available. Cottage weekly rates range from $900-1275. Nightly rates start at $150 with linen packages available. Two-night minimums are required with some holiday weekends requiring a three-night minimum. Deposits are non-refundable if the property is re-rented.
50% deposit upon contract signing. The remainder is due 30-days prior to arrival.
