 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Condo rates $115 to $215 per night + 6.8% tax. Rates are based on four occupants per unit. Additional occupancy is $10 per person up to a maximum of six. 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation 7 days or less pror to your arrival 100% of the lodging cost will be forfeited. Due to winter weather we recommend 4-wheel drive or chains.
