The Villa has a steam shower, sauna, putting greens, basketball, rec room with pool table and video game machines and a magnificent pool with a river, swim up bar, beach entry, sandy beach and spa in a cave with slide from the top.

The Villa is 1.2 miles from downtown Palm Springs and all its great restaurants and shopping. Thursday night street fair. Aerial Tramway is close by. Great hiking trails.
The pool is very unique with a spa in a cave with a slide from the top and a lazy river that runs halfway around the house.
$695 per night, plus pool heat ranging from $80 to $170 per day depending on time of year, cleaning fee of $275 and tax of 11.5%.
$1000 to hold a reservation over 90 days in advance. All fees are due at 90 days or closer.
