This is a one bedroom, one bath in an older community. Very quiet and comfortable. The grounds are always well kept. Grounds are established provided excellent breezes, shade, etc. The pools and hot tubs are in great shape and are located very close to this unit.
There is high speed internet, new flat screen television, dishwasher, comfortable queen bed.
I do not charge a cleaning fee, but I ask in return that you leave the unit as you find it. Cleaning is available, just inquire.
