In Season (April - Sept) = $350 per night (Fri/Sat/Sun)/ 2 nights
minimum - $275 per night (Mon-Thurs) Except Holidays

Off Season = $300 per night (Fri/Sat/Sun) / 2 night minimum -
$200 per night (Mon-Thurs)

Holidays = $395 per night / 4 night minimum

$95 Cleaning fee, 10% Santa Cruz tax & $300 deposit required. 15 day notice of cancellation for return of deposit.
No Pets ($300 fine for non-owner pets)
