We have equipped our eight-year-old property with only the best, giving it a cozy yet elegant home-away-from-home feel. We also have two sleeper sofas. Double garage plus driveway accommodates four vehicles. We provide snow removal service. Enter on the split level. Upstairs is one queen-size room and downstairs are the master bedroom suite with jacuzzi and king-sized bed, one queen and a 'bunk room' with a set of bunkbeds and an additional twin. We provide all top quality linens and towels. We also make it easy for young families Our four bedroom, two and a half bath home sleeps nine comfortably.

We offer quiet seclusion surrounded by tree-filled empty lots yet we are only 9 miles from the Heavenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe for winter play and only 0.6 miles to Fallen Leaf Lake for the summer. There are many wonderful hiking, skiing, snowmobile, and mountain bike trails through the woods starting just down the road from our house. The road to Angora Lakes begins only one-quarter mile away from the front door! Great access to downtown South Lake (three miles to the "Y") and the casinos are 8 miles away.
