The Central Coast of California has wide open spaces and beautiful beaches.
The ranch is located in a private valley surround by rolling hills. Ocean views from the hilltops are breathtaking.
The town of Cayucos and beach is a close 14 minutes away. Fabulous restaurants, shopping and surfing . Up scenic highway 1 is Hearst Castle and Big Sur.
Over the hill 15 minutes is the well know Paso Robles Wine region with world class wine tasting. Hiking, running, biking , surfing boogie boarding, and swimming are all avaiiable activiiteson the central coast. San Luis Obispo and the Edna Valley( White wines) are a short 30 minutes away. Air service and amtrak to San Luis Obispo. Private planes can land at SLO or Paso Robles.
Whale watching out of Morro Bay and San Simeon.
