 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Winter rates: $350 - $450 a night. $100 cleaning fee (fully refundable if you wish to leave it clean) All fees are payable in full, in advance. $350 non-refundable deposit due on signing contract, balance must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to rental. No last minute rentals allowed. No discounts offered.
