furnished 2 bedroom, 2bath, vaulted ceiling greatroom and dining room, eat-in
kitchen which is completely equipped with mocern applianaces, dishes, cookware,
linens, and table service. This villa unit is equipped with Direct TV and internet
connection( with advance reservation). There is a television in Master Suite,
Greatroom, and Kitchen. This villa has an attached garage for 1 car plus
golf cart space. Off the kitchen is a laundry with large capacity washer and
dryer.
Saddlebrooke resort community is located just 14 miles N of Tucson's center,
and 5 miles N of Oro Valley which features many new restaurants, Oro
Valley Marketplace, a Walmart, movie theaters with "stadium style" seating,
a Bestbuy and many shops to peruse. There are fast food restaurants
nearby in Catalina and Oro Valley and day-to-day services at your disposal.
Unique to Saddlebrooke is that it has it's own "village" which is less than a
5 minute drive from your villa. The village has a gas station, quick shop
grocery, salon, barber shop, golf cart rentals, and banking facility with
ATM.
This villa features a front and rear furnished porch, screened security front
door, handsome entryway, lighted sidewalk and spotlight on front entrance
for added security in the evening.
Master suite includes Queen-sized bed, lounger, makeup desk, dresser,
bedside table, and Direct TV.
Master Bath includes "step-in" shower, "his and her's" lavatories, privacy
toilet, and walk-in closet. Quality linens are provided for each bath.
