Patti's Place, a charming, single-level cottage ,could be featured in a magazine: it was recently transformed by its owner, a Scottsdale hairdresser and former antique dealer. It now sports wood floors, comfy sofas and beds (2 queens, 1 convertible, 2 twin trundles), warm quilts, distinctive artwork, board games, tons of videos and CDs, Wifi and cable, and an eat-in kitchen which seats up to six..
You will find several outdoor spaces in which to read, eat, or gather with friends or family up for the day from Phoenix. Other extras include luxurious towels, two good-sized closets, and all the cooking and baking equipment needed to create gourmet dinners--when you're not dining at one of Prescott's many bistros or fine dining establishments.
Coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, large fridge, blender, washer/dryer, gas grill and lots of other extras are included: Patti put herself in your place and included everything she thought you would need and more.

Daily rent: $97 - $200 |
Lodging tax: 4% |
Cleaning fee: $75 |
Minimum stay: 3 Day(s)

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
$140/day, 3-day minimum, $800 week
$200/day, 4-day minimum, $1,200 wk. Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
$75 cleaning fee
$10 day, 5200/month nonreundable fee for one well-behaved, house-trained dog over 1 year in age.
Full refunds within 45 days prior to booked date; 80 percent refunded 30 days out; other refunds will be made at owners' discretion depending upon circumstances requiring cancellation (owner is flexible and easy to work with)
Rates include free Wifi, cable, and utilities. Extra seating is also available at no charge for up to 12 guests.
City sales tax varies depending upon length of stay.
Deposits:
$300 security deposit -- happily refunded in full to respectful guests
$75 nonrefundable cleaning deposit
