Holiday weeks Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year $2500 week
$350 night $1,800/week, $6,400/month: June-Dec. 15
Minimum 3 night stay Monthly rate is for 4 weeks/28 nights
$1000 initial payment-(Security deposit $500 refundable- $500 to rent nonrefundable), due at reservation, deposit refundable after inspection at check out
Cleaning fee: $225, non-refundable
