 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

CANCELLATIONS: We will refund a deposit minus a $25 service charge for cancellations more than 14 days before arrival. For cancellations with less than 14 days a refund minus a $25 service fee will be issued only if the accommodations can be rebooked for the canceled days.

 Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made with less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival requires payment in full. Balance is due at check-in.
