Pelican Point is a peaceful retreat nestled in the bend of Chimney Creek on Tybee Island and is only two minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and fifteen minutes from historic Savannah. The home has a private dock so you can bring the family AND the boat!
The home is finely decorated with comfy Italian leather living room furniture and features a master bedroom fit for a king and queen. The second bedrooms has a set of bunk beds along with a single bed complete with a trundle. The couch in the living room makes into a queen size bed. You can look out over the creek from the bedrooms and living room or enjoy coffee and the view from the rocking chairs on the porch or the chairs on the dock. You can also fish from the dock or go crabbing. We even provide crab baskets and will give you tips on how to catch blue crabs! Chimney Creek is a tidal creek but has the quaintness and quietness of a New England fishing village.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The house is in walking distance to the Crab Shack and you can have your boat hoisted into the water also. Feed the baby alligators and enjoy great southern seafood! The lighthouse and Fort Screven are both on Tybee. Children will love the nature center on Oatland Island. You can enjoy the quiteness of the creek or go two miles to the Atlantic Ocean to frolic in the waves or enjoy the sunshine! There are quaint shops on Tybee and plenty of good restauraunts. Just across the bridge is Fort Pulaski, which was occupied by Robert E. Lee and is now a national park. Georgia's first city, historic Savannah, is only fifteen minutes away and has lots to see and enjoy. You can visiti River Street and City Market and enjoy the restaurants and music or sit by the water and watch the ships come in. Savannah Theatre is a must see to enjoy the musical productions.

There is a 32 inch television in the living room and 27 inch televisions in the bedrooms plus a DVD/CD/VCR player for your movie or music enjoyment.
The house comes fully furnished with plenty of towels, extra sheets, laundry supplies, paper products, coffee, and other cooking supplies. There is also plenty of movies, books, games, magazines and two bicycles.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% for cancellation over 30 days...30% cancellation 15-29 days...75% cancellation 14-8 days NO refund on cancellation 7 days or less.
