Description of surrounding area and attractions
Tuscan Ridge is an executive community within easy access of Orlando International Airport (30 minutes) and the Disney theme parks (15 minutes). White Rose villa is located among other large detached properties all with well landscaped gardens.
It is set on the prestigious US 27 within five minutes of Interstate 4 providing easy access to Disney, Sea World, water parks and to the West the wonderful Gulf Coast beaches. There is no need to worry about traffic noise as the villa is set well back in the community towards the orange groves, so you can combine a convenient location with peace and quiet.
There are community leisure facilities including a volleyball court and children’s play area that you are welcome to make use of.
