Our stunning beautifully furnished villa of 2890sq ft is packed with extra features & upgrades. We have continued to upgrade our home; we added a games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, basketball, foosball & darts, extended the pool deck, giving an additional 200 sq ft of screened deck & standalone spa, Nintendo Wii, high speed Wifi & digital TV
There are 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, plus a further 2 twin rooms. Choose from king & queen size master suites with marble top vanities, walk in wardrobes, with Jacuzzi bath to master. All bedrooms & living rooms have cable TV & ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning. The private screened pool has outdoor shower, underwater lighting & padded deck furniture
There is ample room for relaxing in either the family room, with direct access to the pool deck or the formal living room. For mealtimes there is the sumptuous formal dining area, the breakfast nook overlooking the pool plus covered patio for shaded alfresco dining.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our villa is on the community of Tuscan Ridge, which is situated on the Highway 27, 15 minutes south west of Disney (about 6 to 7 miles), within 5 minutes of the interstate I-4, which is the main road artery giving easy access to all of the major theme parks and attractions. Highway 27 joins the busy and well known highway 192 for easy access to local restaurants and evening entertainment. All building work on Tuscan Ridge is complete.
