The Mouse House is located in up-market 'The Village' at Tuscan Ridge on US Highway 27. These expensive and limited exclusive homes were built by a designer-build local Orlando company called RD&C. Not like any 'ordinary' or 'typical' Floridian villa, the Mouse House has many original features and was probably the most expensive 'build' in the community as it has had an exceptionally high number of up-grades to the property.
Located in Kissimmee/Davenport area, it is very close to Disney World (within 12 minutes drive of the Disney welcome gate), and within 30 minutes of all the other major Orlando attractions. Its central location and close proximity to the Interstate 4 (within 5 minutes drive) means you have easy access to take trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts such as Kennedy Space Center and Clearwater.
Nearby you will find a vast array of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and golf courses! On site there is a tennis court that is free to use by renters of our home.

The family room has a large 50 inch HD plasma TV with digital cable, a DVD player with around 70 DVDs for your evening entertainment, a VCR and a 60 CD-changer hi-fi with a radio cassette that is full of CDs. There is also a games room with pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic darts and TV. There are children's board games and a PlayStation2 with games.
