THE VILLA
The villa's design is very much in an open-plan style that maximises and capitalises upon its spacious living conditions. It is built on two floors and is very large and spacious with nearly 3200 square feet under cover. It is of course fully air-conditioned (with heating too if ever required!) with two independent a/c systems. (One for upstairs and the other for downstairs.) The villa's design is quite unique in that it was designed with the home being built and centred around the luxurious enlarged pool with planter and waterfall found at the rear of the property. Access to the pool and lanai can be made from three rooms (by sliding patio doors) - the king master bedroom, the reading room and the family room. (All doors and windows to the pool area are protected with child safety alarms). The pool and lanai areas (both of which have been significantly enlarged) can be fully lit at night for your evening's entertainment and enjoyment.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The Mouse House is located in up-market 'The Village' at Tuscan Ridge on US Highway 27. These expensive and limited exclusive homes were built by a designer-build local Orlando company called RD&C. Not like any 'ordinary' or 'typical' Floridian villa, the Mouse House has many original features and was probably the most expensive 'build' in the community as it has had an exceptionally high number of up-grades to the property.
Located in Kissimmee/Davenport area, it is very close to Disney World (within 12 minutes drive of the Disney welcome gate), and within 30 minutes of all the other major Orlando attractions. Its central location and close proximity to the Interstate 4 (within 5 minutes drive) means you have easy access to take trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts such as Kennedy Space Center and Clearwater.
Nearby you will find a vast array of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and golf courses! On site there is a tennis court that is free to use by renters of our home.

Family Room, Reading Room, Dining Room, Breakfast Nook, Kitchen, Utility Room (with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board). The family room has a large 50 inch HD plasma TV with digital cable, a DVD player with around 70 DVDs for your evening entertainment, a VCR and a 60 CD-changer hi-fi with a radio cassette that is full of CDs. There is also a games room with pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic darts and TV. There are children's board games and a PlayStation2 with games.

Low Season (January, November, December) - $830
Mid Season (February, March, April, May, September, October) - $955
High Season (June, July, August) - $1105
Peak Season (Easter & Christmas) - $1355
Prices exclude 12% sales tax and pool heating.
Pool heating is $30 / £20 per night or $180 / £120 per week.
For bookings of 6 nights and less a cleaning fee of $125 / £70 is charged.

Deposits:
Upon booking a 20% non-refundable rental deposit is required. A returnable security deposit of $300 / £200 is also taken. The balance is payable 12 weeks before the rental commencement date
