Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own.
Our home comprises 1 king master bedroom with ensuite full bath, 1 queen master bedroom with ensuite full bath, 1 double bedroom + 1 twin bedroom sharing a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs/Cable/DVD and you will find hairdryers in every bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating 4-6. Separate study/TV room with writing desk, sofa bed, TV & DVD with full ensuite bath. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron + board. We also cater to babies by providing complimentary use of cot/playpen, highchair and stroller. And for their safety there is a screen fence to be used around the pool.
Fully airconditioned Games room with pool, foosball, and air hockey table, playstation 2, Nintendo Wii, Tv/Cable. South facing pool and spa overlooking conservation area.
Close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and all Disney Magic. Welcome!

And one of the many advantages of staying at our villa is its location, location, location. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, one mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World Resorts and the Disney inspired town of Celebration. 35 minutes from Orlando Intl Airport, 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive.
Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets, service stations are all located very close to our community. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is located approximately 4 minutes. North on US 27. A Publix Supermarket, medical clinic, great Chinese, Indian + pizza takeout and family restaurants are all located approximately 2 minutes South on US 27 within the Berry Town Center. Golf courses are located within a 2-5 minute drive.
Posner Park shopping mall is just 7 minutes south from Tuscan Hills.
