This recently completed house is built on a private 2 acre estate bordering Mount Healthy National Park. It was carefully designed to have minimal impact on the beautiful natural setting and take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views over the Islands and Bays of the North Shore. Far away from other houses, the only sounds you’ll hear are the waves on the rocks below....The house is simple, comfortable and well equiped with accomodation consisting of one bedroom, a bathroom, dining area and a kitchen / living room together with a covered veranda, a brick courtyard and wooden decks around an infinity edge pool and hot-tub area

Close by are the world class beaches of Brewers Bay (3 minutes by car) which features an uncrowded half mile of golden sand and superb snorkeling and Cane Garden Bay (10 minutes) with its’ famous beach and plethora of lively bars and restaurants. Kerensa is centrally situated to explore the island. Roadtown (the capital) is 15 minutes over the hill on the South Shore

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

lHigh season (Dec 16th - April 15th) $339 per day
Low season (April 16th - Dec 15th) $282 per day
The deposit of 25% of the total amount of the rental price will be refunded in full if you cancel within 7 days of making the reservation to allow for problems encountered securing flights etc After this time your deposit is refundable with written notice of cancellation received at least 60 days prior to arrival, except for a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total reservation price. Refunds will not be granted within 60 days of the arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, we will try to re-book your reservation period. If we are successful, we will credit you in full for a future reservation within the following two years.
