C-Shell is a lovely townhome, end unit, front row, facing the ocean with ocean views. C-Shell is in a complex with plenty of open area and a very nice pool with gazebo. We have a private access walkway to the beach. It is located a few steps from the complex entrance on the other side of Island Drive. The ocean is a few steps away. The complex also has a private walkway in the back with a dock on the intra-coastal waterway. We are located on North Topsail Beach with uncrowded beaches to enjoy. There are no public beach accesses near by. Our townhome has a master suite and a total of 3 bedrooms( 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds) on the first floor and 2 full baths on the first floor. It has 1 half bath on the second floor and a fulll sleeper sofa on the second floor. There is a laundry room, A/C, high speed internet, wifi, digital TV with DVD, Stereo radio with disc player, basic kitchen ware, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a working outlet for a second TV in the master suite. Front and rear decks have deck furniture. You have access to renter’s closet under the unit with beach chairs, gas grill, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. Some supplies are already in the unit for your convenience. We ask that you please replace what you use before leaving. Parking is off street under the townhome or alongside of the back entrance stairs. There is an outside bench and shower area to wash off sand or hose off beach chairs. The sunrises over the ocean in front and the sunsets over the intra-coastal waterway in the back are beautiful.
