This lovely property consists of a lovingly restored farmhouse and good sized swimming pool with 5 acres planted with trees. It has an aromatic garden and many fruit trees.. It is located high on a hill overlooking an expanse of valley. From the house you look directly at the medieval town of Todi, less than a 10-minute drive away. The smaller town of Monte Castello di Vibbio is a short drive as well. The house is easily accessible by paved road and a short distance on a well maintained dirt road.
The house is very spacious and there is ample room for 8 people in the two sitting areas and outside spaces.There are multiple levels connected by stairs. The house is open and very bright which is sometimes hard to find in old Italian houses. There are fabulous views of the valley, planted fields, and the gorgeous hilltown of Todi from many of the rooms on both floors, and from the several terraces and swimming pool. Description of surrounding area and attractions
The area is rich in culture and tradition and is well located for day trips to any number of historical and artistic treasures. Todi is a lovely town which has been voted the most livable city in the world. Todi's winters are mild and local activities continue all year long including a winter jazz festival in nearby Orvieto and seasonal celebrations. Summers are warm and full of things to do with the Spoleto Festivale dei Due Mondi and Umbria Jazz festival in July and many smaller local arts presentations in July and August.
In Todi there is the atmosphere of an ancient medieval town in the cobblestone streets, in the beautiful Piazza and along the imposing walls. Todi was built by the Etruscans, rebuilt by the Romans and enjoyed an active role in Medieval Italy. Today Todi is a small cosmopolitan center will all amenities in a beautiful setting. The master bedroom has a private terrace .with a gorgeous view of Todi and beyond. The bed is queen-sized, and all beds have new first quality mattresses. The house is simply furnished with antiques.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Rental includes a housekeeper 2 mornings a week and utilities. Payment for these must be paid in cash euro directly to the housekeeper upon departure. All rentals will be paid in full four weeks before the start of the rental.Cancellations will be accepted up to two months prior to the rental but any monies paid will be will be forfeited.
June through September: $3500 per week. April and May $2500 a week. Weeks outside these seasons are negotiable.

Deposits:
10% deposit made at time of booking. Deposit is non refundable. 50% of rental paid eight weeks prior to start of rental. Rental will be paid in full four weeks prior to start of rental.
