Although it is isolated, the property is only 10 kilometers from E45 motorway and within easy reach of the most important cities of Umbria such as Orvieto, Todi (10 minutes drive), Perugia and Assisi (20 min drive), Bolsena lake (30 min drive)
The villa is 90 min from Rome - Fiumicino airport and 30 minutes from Perugia Airport
