Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our villa is located on the prestige resort of Terra Verde, a gated community of 3 to 7 bed properties completed in 2005. For your security the gate is manned 24/7. All the facilities of the clubhouse are available for your free use and include a concierge, cyber cafe, fitness centre, sauna and spa, whilst outside is a resort size pool with sun deck and loungers. A tiki hut, beach volley ball court, kids play area with climbing rock together with a stocked fishing lake adds to the impressive list of facilities
Located on Poinciana which is off hwy 192 at marker 10 the villa is ideally close to the restaurants and shops of Kissimmee. Disney is a few miles and within 15 minutes drive as are the other main attractions of Universal and Sea World to name a few.

Our pool/spa which is optionally heated overlooks a conservation area and is fully creeened. There is a removeable safety fence around the pool and the doors from the villa to the pool deck are alarmed.
The villa is self catering. Our management company provide mainteance and an emergency service 24/7
