Stunning oceanfront in Costa Rica. 3 bedrooms and 2 lofts, 3.5 bath newly renovated. Nothing between you and the ocean - Playa Grande. Villa Siempre is a wonderful oceanfront property. There is nothing between you and the beach; you can step right from the tile patio deck onto the stunning white sand of Playa Grande Beach. Playa Grande is a wonderful beach for children and also a well known surf break (with both left and right hand waves on a point beach break). The Villa is newly renovated with high quality appliances and fittings. The kitchen is a wonderful bright blue and is well equipped including beautiful Kitchen Aid appliances. You can watch the waves break while you are preparing meals or while enjoying a drink or breakfast at the bar. The home has high ceilings and wonderful natural light. As you relax in the living or dining room you can see the waves breaking just beyond the palm trees. This is one of the few homes along the coast that has unobstructed view of the ocean. There's nothing like waking up, making coffee and either going for a swim, walk on a beach or a morning surf session. The house is beautiful and relaxing and the beach is amazing. Mireya is the caretaker of the house. She does daily maid service except on Sundays. She is a good cook and will cook for you for $20/meal. Make sure to buy beans, because they are amazing when she cooks them. Mireya will gibe you the keys to the house when you arrive, tell you about it, and will help you book trips (ATV, Zip line). * Note carport is 80 inches high so a van or tall SUV will not fit inside the carport.

This is the ultimate place for a beach vacation, the beach and waves of the famous Playa Grande just outside your door and then the many attractions of Tamarindo and the surrounding towns nearby. Playa Grande beach is a wonderful place for collecting shells and there is also a wonderful huge rock that you can climb that is surrounded by wonderful rock pools full of shells and marine creatures. There is also a beautiful black sand beach with many wonderful shells in the next cove a short stroll from your house. If you are lucky enough to be at the beach between January to March - this is also the sight of the Leatherback Turtles nesting grounds and you can arrange special tours to see them come up onto the beach at night to nest and watch the young nestlings scamper to the water at day break. Tamarindo, a wonderful bustling tourist town, can be accessed by strolling along the beach and catching a boat across the estuary or by car. The walk is about 45 minutes.
