It is fully air- conditioned and tastefully decorated. It has 2 lounge areas both containing two 3 seater sofas. One lounge has the TV and video with cable television.
The master bedroom has en-suite and TV with cable.
The double bedroom also has TV with cable and shares the family bathroom with the twin bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience. Washing machine and dryer are situated in the double garage.
There is a small table and chairs in the nook and dining table and chairs in the lounge/diner area.
There is a selection of toys/games available. All linen, towels and haidryer are supplied.
The large patio area is equipped with a table and chairs together with sunloungers. The pool is slightly larger than average and is not overlooked.
The pool is cleaned weekly and there is a maid service between rentals.
The local Management company are on 24 hour call

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Sunridge Woods is a well maintained residential area which is a 10 minute drive to Disney. It has easy access to Interstate 4 and US 27. It is 3 minutes from Champions Gate which contains a large Supermarket. Several Golf courses are nearby.
It is an ideal location from which to visit all of the attractions Orlando has to offer.
