White sand beaches and sparkling blue water provide a gorgeous backdrop for a perfect vacation destination. The wide, sandy beach on Summerland is adjacent to Lookout Park, with its sweeping ocean and island views. The park also contains picnic tables and ample parking to make your day at the beach easy and fun. At low tide, you can walk for miles encountering nothing but seabirds and shimmering seashells. When you’re ready for more than sea, sand and sun, take a stroll through Summerlands antique stores and afterwards linger over coffee or a meal at one of the outdoor cafes or restaurants. You’ll encounter all sorts of flora and fauna in the Lower Keys, and be sure to watch out for the adorable Key Deer, only 2-1/2 feet tall. One of the most popular activities in the Lower Keys is diving. The clear, clean water and warmth make it perfect for this sport. Nearby Looe Key is known as the most spectacular living reef in North America and has a diverse population of corals and colorful, tropical fish. Watch for the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce Annual Underwater Music Festival at Looe Key every July. Summerland Key is just 24 miles to Key West and 30 miles to Marathon

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY: The reservation deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled 60days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds are given if cancellation is received less than 30-days prior to arrival date, unless we re-rent the home for the dates confirmed to you. If the home is re-rented your deposit less $100.00 cancellation fee will be returned to you. There will be no penalty if cancellation is due to Emergency or Medical reasons and the owner is provided with written documentation. The owner reserves the right to cancel for any reason with 120 days notice and a full refund will be given.

Deposits:

Deposits will be refunded upon inspection and cleaning of the property no later than 30 days from date of departure, unless a claim for damages is made, in such case you will be advised of such by Registered Mail. Excessive utility use will be calculated from the owner's bills and deducted from your deposit and you will be provided with copies of all bills. The balance will be refunded to you.
