Comfortable home near recreation activites. 2 miles north of Stowe
The spacious Living Room has a cathedral ceiling, lots of windows looking out to Vermont's beauty with trees and some views. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabinets and wood floors. It is fully equipped for at home meals and social gatherings. Four bedrooms, two on main level and two downstairs for privacy. There is a full bathroom on each floor. There is a one car garage for keeping your car warm. There is a nice laundry room and a grand mud room for all your outdoor belongings. If it is nice enough to go out on the deck you will look over 1.4 acres and a big backyard and friendly neighbors. You will be just a mile from the grocery store and another mile to Stowe village. Pets are on an apporved basis only and an extra non refundable deposit is required. No smoking. There are two TV and there is not internet service at this point. You will be 20 minutes away from Stowe Mountain Resort and 45 minutes from Burlington Airport (BTV).

There are over 50 restaurants within miles of the house. They are all owner operated and have a wide range of speciallties. My favorite is the Fox FIre Inn (Italian). You can ski, snowshoe, x-country for miles and miles. Summer time is a hikers dream. In Stowe Village there is a 6 miles walking/bike path that is gentle and shows off the landscape all around you. At the Top Notch Resort you can go on a sleigh ride or a buggy ride in the summer. There are two fabulous SPA's in Stowe that are world reknown. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. We love to kayak in the summer on Lake Lamoille where there is a nice family of Ofsprey. Burlington is just 45 minutes away where you will find livley college students. Church Street (6 blocks pedestrian only) is the place to be if you want to window ship in unique and popular shops, eat at comfortable restaurants, see a play at the Flynn Theater or just do some people watching. Montreal is just 2 hours away. Of course, you should plan on just staying in Stowe and enjoy your time off!
