Specific information about property
Our house overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. From the top screened in deck/porch you have 180- degree views of the Gulf and usually late in the afternoon or early in the morning you are sure to catch the dolphins enjoying a leisurely swim. The sunsets/sunrises are incredible and with the ocean breeze… well you get the picture. The deck is supplied with outdoor chairs and a table for eating or playing games. The deck is accessible from the upstairs den or from the master suite. There are outdoor stairs leading from the deck to the ground floor.
Our lower deck is open to the elements, has patio furniture, and is a perfect place for the kids to hang out separate from the grown-ups. This deck is just above your private swimming pool. We installed a lock on the pool gate so parents can control child access to the area.
On the ground floor we have covered concrete parking. On one side we have installed a private shower so you can clean off after you return from the beach, a mere 90-second Take the stairs or the private elevator down to what we call our whimsical play/game/kids/room. In the corner is a wall-mounted television with a DVD player, a perfect place to entertain the little ones. There is also a foosball table, which provides the kids and, yes, many adults competitive enjoyment sometimes for many hours.
The mid-level boasts a second master suite which we have furnished with two queen size beds, television, telephone and plenty of drawer/storage space, including a walk-in-closet. The entire master bath is large and has double sinks with a modern tiled shower.
There are two more rooms on this level, one furnished with a queen size bed and television. This room has access to the mid-level deck. The other is the kids’ room across the hall which is furnished with two twin beds. In addition to air conditioning, all bedrooms, dens and the top deck are cooled by ceiling fans.
Both of the dens have sleeper sofas. We have also provided, for your comfort, enjoyment, and safety, two pack 'n plays, extra blankets, pillows, and two child stair gates, many board games, children’s videos and DVDs.
If you need to stay in touch we provide you with FREE LONG DISTANCE and just recently we have added fast access DSL service.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
To recap: we have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 5 televisions, 1 VCR, two DVD players, a private elevator and a gated private pool. The house is a non- smoking property. Yes, we are pet-friendly.
In the unlikely event of an emergency call 911 and you will be rescued by some of the finest paramedics in the region. St George is known for its rapid response team and the Apalachicola hospital, Weems Memorial, is approximately 20 minutes away.
The nearest golf course is just about 25 minutes away in Carrabelle at the St. James Golf Resort
St. George is easily reached either by car or air. The drive is approximately 5 hours from downtown Atlanta, although we sometimes fly via Delta Jet Service into Tallahassee or Panama City and rent a car from Alamo, which is the cheapest. Then you have just about 90 minutes from touch down to walking in the front door.
