Your beautiful suite has a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom. It has everything you may need for a short or long term stay. Air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, wireless internet, DVD and CD players(with a variety of DVDs and CDs), beach chairs, cooler and ice packs for your various outings. It sleeps 2 to 4 people. From the large balcony you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea while relaxing in your new furniture. Don't forget your snorkeling gear as you can enter the Caribbean Sea right here and enjoy all kinds of marine wildlife right from our resort. For your convenience, your parking space is located just a few steps from the entrance to La Dolce Vita.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
La Dolce Vita is located in the beautiful and quiet resort of Point Pleasant, on the North-East end of St-Thomas, 9 miles from the airport and 6 miles from Charlotte Amalie. Red Hook, where ferry service brings you to St-John and other Islands is only 3 miles to the east of La Dolce Vita. Relax on Pineapple Beach, adjacent to our shoreline, or discover the secluded Sugar Beach at the end of the nature trail in our 15-acre island preserve located on Water Bay. Tennis court, a well equipped gym, three intimate pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside, hidden high above the horizon.
You will enjoy award-winning dining at our two restaurants, The Agave Restaurant and Fungi's On The Beach, which are ranked among the finest of all St Thomas resorts eateries.

Amenities
Cable TV, phone, wireless internet are included in short term rental fees. Maid service is also available upon request. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served the first morning of your stay. As a welcome gift, a bottle of Cruzan rum (made right in St-Croix located 40 miles south of St-Thomas) will be left for you in the condo to enjoy and relax upon arrival

January 3rd to mid April 2009: $199/night or $1199/week
December 15th to January 3rd: $225/night or $1500/week

An 8% Virgin Islands Government Hotel Tax applies
A 10% Housekeeping charge will apply when service is used
100% refund if you cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. A 20% charge applies otherwise.

50% deposit upon confirmation and 50% one month prior to arrival at the condo.
$300 damage deposit to be paid with initial deposit, refundable within 2 weeks of departure, after inspection of condo.
