Luxury condo with a value price located on Isla Del Sol (near Tierra Verde) within Bahia Del Mar in St. Petersburg Beach. Our "home away from home" has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with exquisite furnishings and will sleep 6. The living room has cable television wih slidiing glass doors that lead to the patio and a beautiful golf course view or a view of the setting sun. The kithcen is a fully furnished, enclosed area that has a full eating area with table and chairs. The full washer and dryer located just off the kitchen provide the utmost of convenience. The dining area adjacent to the living room can seat 6 for dinner. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, cable television and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, complete bath with private entrance, cable television and a large closet. The townhouse is on the upper level of a two-story building, just a short walk to the association pool and hot tub.

Nearby you can enjoy biking, golf, tennis, miniature golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing or just lounging on the beach collecting shells.

Discounts apply for more than one week's rental or longer:
September thru December 18th 2005 - $550 per week; $925 for 2 weeks
December 19th thru March 2006 - $850 per week; $1600 for 2 weeks
April thru August 2006 - $650 per week; $1200 for 2 weeks
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change

 Deposits:

A minimum reservation deposit of $300 is required to confirm each reservation for 8 or more nights ($200 for 7 or less nights). Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation received fewer than 60 days
