This newly built house, for which the construction was completed in June of 2005, fully furnished with high quality furnishings, and high quality mattresses. Located in a serene, and quiet area in the Tahoe Keys neighborhood, a few blocks from the lake and about 10-15 minutes from Heavenly Ski area.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 ? baths, the spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and its own master full bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom that has two bunk beds.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Lake Tahoe whether you spend the day skiing, golfing, biking or hiking. It is the perfect environment to enjoy nature at its best. Come back to relax in the beautiful and comfortable surrounding of this gorgeous home.

You can wind down while watching your favorite movie (there are 4 TV’s and 4 DVD players throughout the house), read your the favorite book, or just relax in front of the fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal to cook a gourmet meal or just have a light meal and a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of wine.
