Specific information about property
Our two story chalet has 1,700 square feet of living space. The main floor is tastefully decorated with family antiques, log furniture, and a special Bear room. The living room has has a 14' open beam pine ceiling ,and a cozy wood burning stove. There is a flat screen TV with a surround sound system, which is great for playing your favorite movies. The large picture windows overlook the mountains and forest. Our Country kitchen is fully equipped. New carpeting and vinyl flooring have been installed this Summer.
This floor of the house sleeps 8. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a queen futon bed is in the living room, and a two twin trundle bed is in the sun room. All linens are provided.
On the lower level is our newly decorated Honey Moon Suite with a private entrance. It has a breakfast nook, and is open and sunny. The bed room has a queen size bed and is decorated with white wicker furniture. Included is a TV, private bath, and telephone.

Additional information about surrounding area and attractions:
We are loctated just off Pioneer Trail and Hiway 50, two main arteries in Southshore, so there is no need for 4-wheel drive vehicles during the heavy snow in the Winter months. We're just 10 minutes to all the major casinos, skiing(Heavenly Valley Ski Resort), beaches, golf courses, reataurants, and entertainment.

Included amenities in the house is a 32" Flat Screen TV, VCR/DVD player with surround sound Stereo system. A VHS & DVD video library with over 100 Movies! All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. A cozy wood burning stove, and best of all, for those cool crisp nights an outdoor Jacuzzi(Spa) will warm the memories of your day.
