This is a unique home with high ceilings and french doors, hardwood floors, and comfortable spaces within the two feet thick adobe walls. There are two spacious bedrooms with extra cushiony queen size beds with great linens and conforters to rest. An extra double sofa bed in the living room for guests or additional person. Separate Living and Dinign rooms. Seatings for 6 people on recycled art deco furniture. TV/WiFi and a desk computer available to use. A quaint small kitchen that has evrything you may want- including a dishwasher and washer.

This is a Tradiitonal family home of the last century divided into three apartments (townhouse style). It is located in the well known Cerro Alegre in the heart of Valparaiso most visited hill. It is a private home I sublet to you while I am away on sabbatical in California.-2010 to 2011 Walk to restaurants, Pablo Neruda Museum "La Sebastaina", best picture spots, also walk down to the port and the many cultural activities and coffee shops at the Plaza Anibal Pinto. El Desayunador is a favorite breakfast place two short blocks away. Take a "colectivo" to Vina del Mar and comfortable buses to Santiago or other cities. Taxis and colectivos run by the front door at all times - $350 pesos a ride up the hill ( 70 cents). Can arrange a car with driver to pick you up and/or take you around the city for sightseeing.
Weekly cleaning --Sra. Vivi is a lady who has worked for me for several years--fully trustworthy--she manages and keeps up the home weekly. TV/Cable, Internet, best location - area of 5 stars hotels. Patio to BBQ. and space to hang clothes to dry (natural clothes dryer)
Rates depend on the length of your stay. One month ---$590,000 (US$ 1180.00) for up to three people- all included Week -- $290,000 (US$ 580.00) up to three people all included Day- minimun 3 nights - $50,000/day ($US100.00)
A deposit of US $300.00 is required to book the property- credit card. Full payment at entrance and a cleaning fee of $20,000 CHP Pay cash at entrance or deposit into my Chile or USA bank account
