Fantastic out-door living, with a privat swimming pool, ponds, putting green, gardens, lawns, large patios, BBQ, and three out-door dining areas scattered around the property, including two at the pool-side and one under the cool eave. The gated property (Private gate) has circular drive way with central pond and fountain.
The remaining two acres of the property have a park-like setting, studed with native wine country and fruit trees. There is also a herb and vegetable (seasonal) garden.
The property is located in the valley of the Moon where tens of world class wineries are located, among them are Chateau St. Jean, Benziger and Kenwood. The historic Plaza in downtown Sonoma is just 5 minutes drive. The Golden Gate bridge and San Francisco are 45 miles south (a 50-60 minutes).
