We also offer free local and long distance phone calls and newly added Wireless High Speed Internet.
The villa has 2 Superb master suites (Both en-suite) which have 20” TV’s, and DVD players and 2 further twin bedrooms one with Cable TV and the other with a PlayStation 2 Games Console.
There is a fully fitted Kitchen, c/w Washing and Drying Room
And for the little and not so little we have a Games Room with 8ft Pool table, Air hockey, Electronic Darts + other games and seating.
Southwest facing screened pool with a Bathroom (Handy for the children) complete with patio furniture. Entertain in the evening by our Illuminated pool.

At Remington Golf Club, all pricing includes the "All U Can" practice, play and eat. The one rate includes unlimited use of the unique aqua driving range and expansive practice areas, unlimited golf on the outstanding 18-hole championship layout, and all-you-can eat in the Remington Bar and Grill.
The community offers basketball and volleyball courts for the guests enjoyment, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness center and a community pool. Of course, a round of golf at Remington (a "Disney Design Award" course) is always available for reasonable green fees.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES - Any cancellations will have to be done in writing by the party leader. 4 to 8 weeks prior cancellation notice is subject to a 50% rental cancellation charge. Less than 4 weeks cancellation notice is subject to 100% of cancellation charge. If you decide to change the date of your holiday, the rates are subject to change. Wherever possible changes to dates will be accommodated, however changes have to be done in writing, and are subject to a £25 charge.

Deposits:
DEPOSITS - Deposit of 20% is required and has to be paid in full 14 days after booking confirmation. The deposit is non- refundable if you decide to cancel the booking.
BALANCE - The balance is required 8 weeks before arrival date.
