We call our vacation home “Affordable Luxury” because NOBODY can beat THESE prices for THIS unit in THIS complex! Our Villa is located in The Villas at Somerset in Kissimmee, Florida, just 3.5 miles from Orlando's Disney World entrance. We've found that ALL VILLAS THERE ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL! We constantly upgrade our unit to distinguish ours from the others. Features you will find at our home that you won’t find at the mass-marketed ones are: upgraded furniture and carpeting, ceramic tiled floors in kitchen and baths, stained glass lighting, brass bathroom fixtures, decorative wallpaper borders, plants and artwork throughout. Additionally, there is a 25” TV/DVD/VCR in the living room and a 20” TV/DVD in the bedroom. You might say, 'That's fine, but I just want a good price.' We rent the Villa ourselves and would rather have it rented than vacant. We have not raised our rates in 15 years! So the bottom line is, you get a more luxurious Villa for LESS than one of the ORDINARY ones!!

'Affordabe Luxury at Somerset' that's us! Our 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation condo is located just 3 1/2 miles from Disney World, in Kissimmee, Florida. Centrally located to all attractions including Disney World, Epcot, Universal, Wet and Wild, MGM Studios, Medieval Times, Old Town, restaurants and souvenir shops. Cocoa and Daytona beaches are approximately a 50 minute drive. One-quarter mile from Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Route 192) which is a shoppers delight filled with restaurants, supermarkets, gift and souvenir shops!
