Inside a beautifully restored palace a panoramic lift takes you to the apartments (on first, second and third floor), tastefully furnished high standard apartments, extensively renovated in 2006 using precious local materials (terracotta floor tiles, woodden beams...).

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This holiday accommodation is an ideal base from wich to explore Syracusa because has everything on its doorstep, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and shops as well as historic places and little beaches. No car is needed. There is a wonderful fish and vegetable market within walking distance and a little market around the corner, selling daily fresh bread and drinks.
Suitable for couple, families and business travellers this accommodation offers warm, welcoming and family atmosphere. This is a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel!
