You are only two miles from the Gold Medal trout stream the Blue River. Even closer to that is the Dillon Factory Outlet Shops. The layout of this three level getaway affords total privacy for three adult couples, each with their own full bath. The top level contains two master bedrooms (both have Queen beds). The main level contains the kitchen, dining room and the main living room along with a TV, VCR, and stereo. The bedroom on the lowest level has a queen bed. The lower level also affords its own family room with TV and VCR. Private deck on back includes a Six person Hot Tub!

We have a 5 night minimum, but are willing to negotiate. If less than 5 nights stay, then $100 clean fee will apply.
Refund in full within 1 month of rental, unless peak season (Christmas, Spring Break)

$200 Security Deposit Held until report from security and cleaning crew received. If no damages reported, deposit is refunded (normally within 2 weeks receipt of the keys).
