4 Bedroom, 4 Bath, 1 living area townhome offers 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, 1 Full Size and 1 twin sized bunkbed for your retreat. The 1 living area and formal dining give adults and children ample places to visit, watch TV, and hang out. Whether you ski, fish, snowboard or shop you are just minutes away from the four world class resorts of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and of course Arapahoe Basin Ski Areas. You are only two miles from the Gold Medal trout stream the Blue River. Even closer to that is the Dillon Factory Outlet Shops. The layout of this three level getaway affords total privacy for three adult couples, each with their own full bath. The top level contains two master bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen bed). The main level contains the kitchen, dining room and the main living room along with a TV, DVD Player, and stereo. The 2 bedrooms on the lowerl evel contain a queen bed and a bunk bed (Full/twin). Private deck on back and front for scenic views!

We have a 5 night minimum, but are willing to negotiate. If less than 5 nights stay, then $150 clean fee will apply.

Refund in full within 1 month of rental, unless peak season (Christmas, Spring Break)

 Deposits:

$275 Security Deposit Held until report from security and cleaning crew received. If no damages reported, deposit is refunded (normally within 2 weeks receipt of the keys).
