On the north coast of Jamaica is where you will find this charming beach front villa - only 31 yards from a private beach. This villa is located in a gated community complete with a club house and 24 hour security.

 Specific information about property

This 3-bedroom villa is only 45 minutes from Montego Bay. The origin of the villa's name, Dukes Hideaway, was established in 1951 when the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh visited Jamaica and vacationed at Dukes cottage and Queens cottage next door. Dukes Hideaway offers resort facilities with the privacy of your own vacation home to include living room, dining room and a patio for relaxing or to enjoy the cuisine of your choice. You also can relax in your very own heated jacuzzi. Included in the rental is your personal staff which consists of a cook, housekeeper and gardener. A nanny is available upon request. Free worldwide telephone usage. Free high speed internet access. Computer, copy and fax machines are available for your convenience. The exceptional maintenance of the property is often reflected in the comments of the guests. Gratuity not included. Recommended 10% - 15%.

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

High Season (January 15 to April 15) 2 bedroom rental is $1960, 3 bedroom rental is $2520
Low Season (April 16 to December 15) 2 bedroom rental is $1680, 3 bedroom rental is $2100
Holiday Season Rates (December 16 to January 14) rental is $3000 per week. Please contact owner for dates.

Refund Policy: Non-refundable, but can be applied to another reservation pending availability.

 Deposits:

A 25% deposit is required within 7 days for reserving the villa and the balance is due 30 days prior to departure.

 Entrance keys receiving:  Staff will await your arrival.

 Entrance keys returning:  Staff is present
